Personalized Nutrition Starts with a Conversation

Clients can now begin their personalized nutrition and health optimization journey with Maven Health’s expert nutritionists through a streamlined, user-friendly platform.

A Human-First Approach to Metabolic Wellness

The new booking platform reflects Maven Health’s commitment to making personalized health advice accessible, actionable, and rooted in both scientific insights and trusted practitioner relationships.

The new flow consists of two key stages:

  1. Free Initial Consultation — A 20-minute call with a licensed nutritionist to explore goals, challenges, and whether metabolic testing is right for the client.

  2. Metabolic Insights Package — Clients who opt in receive a comprehensive test kit and a follow-up session to interpret their results and receive tailored nutritional guidance (CHF 349).

Each practitioner listed on the platform brings a unique background allowing clients to select based on language and soon on specialism, or style.

Designed for Simplicity and Trust

Key features of the experience include:

  • A clean, user-friendly interface optimized for desktop and mobile

  • Clear pricing and no hidden commitments

  • Booking within minutes, without needing to download an app or log into a portal

  • Practitioner bios and headshots to support informed choice

This initial rollout is designed to serve our nutritionists in Switzerland, with additional practitioners to be added based on demand.

What’s Next

In this phase, Maven Health is focused on learning from practitioner and client feedback to refine the offering, to help people make meaningful improvements in their lives.

“This isn’t just a service — it’s a front door to the future of metabolic care,” adds Christopher Wall, Co-CEO & Chief scientific officer at Maven Health. “We’re proud to make it easier for people to take control of their health, starting with a conversation.”
